Body Blitz East pools
Body Blitz recently expanded with the opening of Body Blitz East. Located on King East in Corktown, the new, larger space boasts 22,000 square feet of space.
For those who haven’t had the pleasure of experiencing the bliss of Body Blitz yet, the concept is simple. Go to experience a wonderful water circuit which includes a warm Dead Sea salt pool, an aromatherapy steam room, cold plunge pool, an infrared sauna, and a hot Epsom salt pool.
What gives this newer Body Blitz the upper hand is that you no longer have to travel outside of the water space to complete your circuit as the steam room and sauna are all in the same space as the pools. This makes for a more calming and cohesive experience.
Likewise, with more space, they have expanded their treatment rooms to 20. Here, experience a variety of massages with RMT’s and for that extra bonus, book yourself for one of Blitz’ legendary face and body treatments in a wet room.
For my first ever experience at Body Blitz some several years ago now, I completed the entire circuit in addition to having a body treatment followed by a massage. At the end of the day, I thought to myself, “now this, is what people really mean when they say that they feel like a million dollars.”
