Kaiydo takes on Velvet

Another great show is coming to Toronto at Velvet Underground on March 22. 20 year old rapper Kaiydo from Florida. His stage name is an homage to his hero Basquiat and his alter ego SAMO. He’s booked to play all of the big summer fests and on solo dates. He was one of the buzzed about acts this year at SXSW and is about to head out on dates with the Pigeons & Planes tour.
His big hit “Fruit Punch” has over 10M streams and he’s unsigned. He put some demos up on Soundcloud and everything has happened organically – he’s got an EP out now and will have an album out this year.
