This past Friday in Quebec City Canada, the World’s Leading Dance Event Bud Light Sensation, came through, hosting their Innerspace show at the new Videotron Centre. The streets of Quebec City turned into a sea of white, as guests made their way to the stadium. The all white dress code represents the celebration of life. Headlining the night was Mr. White, East & Young, Nicky Romero, Chuckie, DJ Snake and MOTi – Hosted by MC GEE.
This years theme was Innerspace – which has 7 different shows throughout, taking guests on an inner journey of awakening. The opening show started at 10:00PM with Bud Light Sensation’s Mr. White, kicking the night off with an adrenaline filled set. With a rotating lotus centre piece doubled as a DJ Booth, guests could see the DJ from each angle of the arena throughout the night.
East & Young were up next, as they played a tantalizing set, and every inch of the arena was occupied. Nicky Romero brought a high energy, while keeping the crowd locked into his set as he dropped pummelling tracks which had the crowd raging. Dirty Dutch front man Chuckie brought his streak of rolling drums and ridiculous drops, amping up the arena. DJ Snake propelled the arena with his hit Lean on feat. Major Lazor. All the while MC GEE hosted the evening, keeping guests locked in for the duration of the night. Amsterdam based MOTi closed out the night. This was his first time playing for Sensation, and his set was through the roof!
This is the third time Sensation has made a stop to our Northern Neighbours up in Canada. Up next is the sold out show Wicked Wonderland in Japan, Tokyo on Saturday October 10th.
