DIY Centre   The DIY Centre returns with National Home Show’s resident design and renovation Ambassadors: Desta Ostapyk (Love it Or List It, HGTV), Jordan Spear and Mark Rason, who are ready to teach visitors the basics of using power tools and show them simple DIY projects they can do at home. The trio are on hand to help visitors build the confidence they need to take on any small task!

Laneway Homes   The interest in laneway homes continues to grow with more homeowners looking to create additional living space to rent, expand, or to accommodate multi-generational living. Learn about by-laws, how to build and design, and include modern amenities into the unique layout of a laneway home.   Friday, March 15 is Laneway Day at the National Home Show. Join HGTV’s Sebastian Clovis (Gut Job), who is currently building his own laneway suite, as he hosts a panel with building experts. NEW – Tulip Selfie Stations and Garden Marketplace   Spring is blooming at the National Home Show with incredible garden ideas, garden suites, and balcony garden ideas. The expanded Garden Marketplace has everything for the plant novice or green thumb from tools, seeds, plants and accessories for indoor or outdoor growing.   Breakfast Television’s Frankie “Flowers” Ferragine will be on the Main Stage on Saturday, March 9 to share tips on how to successfully grow your own vegetables and make nutritious home cooked meals; as well as a presentation on infusing garden herbs in wine from Two Sisters Vineyards, taking place in the Outdoor Kitchen area.   AND – Explore Tulip Alley Explore the vibrant world of tulips as the TASC Tulip Pick Farm takes center stage.
