Kicking things off is the “Double Bubble” welcome cocktail—a stunning creation by 2023 World Class Global Bartender of the Year, Jacob Martin. It features The Balvenie DoubleWood 12, aged rum, cassis, amaro, sweet vermouth and a touch of Japanese maple leaf.
