b.good, an American fast-casual restaurant concept with 4 locations across the GTA known for serving “real food fast” offers locally sourced, all-natural and healthy options for diners
b.good’s focus is on serving locally sourced, healthy, organic, non-GMO, preservative-free food with staff who are passionate about the food they produce and are always willing to discuss this in great detail with customers.
Queen West’s b.good location has a great vibe with a bright atmosphere, neon green chairs, and a general rustic feel with exposed pipes, pictures of local farmers who supply the ingredients for restaurant and a chalkboard that maps local sources for its produce, bread, cheese and beef.
On the menu you’ll find a variety of salads, quinoa bowls, burgers, smoothies and shakes to choose from. For these cold days b.good has a new seasonal special, the 4-bean chili served with scallion, sour cream and cheddar which is sure to warm you up no matter how frigid it is outside their doors.
For a great vegetarian option, be sure to try the spicy avocado & lime kale bowl. A delicious dish served with marinated kale, sautéed veggies, avocado, black beans, corn, grape tomato, feta, lime, cilantro, and topped with chipotle sauce. To wash all that healthy goodness down, pair it with the rosemary lemonade sweetened with pure cane sugar.
b.good burgers contain all-natural, local, grass-fed & house-ground beef. Try the El Guapo with bacon, homemade jalapeno slaw and jalapeno ranch. An addition of oven-baked hand-cut sweet potato fries are not very crispy (given they are baked) but the side is tasty nonetheless.
Looking for good sips? The beet ginger lemonade is a combination of beets, ginger, orange peel and sweetened with pure cane sugar. The ginger and beets give the drink a nice kick and is highly enjoyable. The Lucy Blue smoothie is a crowd favourite; blueberries, almond butter, dates, almond milk, lemon and cinnamon are a very tasty and nutrient packed combination that will leave your taste buds wanting more.
