Rabba has opened its newest location at 1840 Bloor Street West, in historical High Park, giving the neighbours something fresh to look forward to
Anyone who lives in, or has visited downtown Toronto will recognize the familiar red and white signs that signal Rabba grocery stores. In operation since 1967, this family-run business is a city staple and has saved many of us in a pinch.
In an effort to expand their brand throughout the Greater Toronto Area, reaching new consumers, the newest Rabba Marché has taken up residence in the vibrant community that is High Park. The Marché style grocery store is sleek, modern, and convenient.
Open 24/7, the local neighbourhood market—although small in scale—presents the best features of your typical grocery store, in fact, there was nothing we looked for on our average grocery lists, that we couldn’t locate. Expect full produce, bakery and deli departments, a variety of daily-prepared hot meals, unique and imported brands, and a solid selection of gluten free and other healthy, organic offerings.
In truth, Rabba Marché’s High Park location presents like a combination of grocery and convenience store in-one. One of the things that we loved, and we’re sure the locals will too, was that you have high-end offerings at every-man prices. Meat that would easily cost $8-$10 downtown, retails for between $4-$6 here.
With a focus on customer experience, quick service and cleanliness, we’d stop in to Rabba Marché High Park anytime we’re in the neighbourhood. You should too.
