Having just finished a successful real-estate event for the “Love Your City” campaign, Toronto Life invited guests to experience 4 of the best mixologists the city has to offer. Each mixologist represented a well-known Toronto restaurant; Bloke & 4th, Blowfish, Jump and the Miller Tavern. Drink combinations included Johnnie Walker and Guiness, Ketel One vodka, jalapeno syrup and grapefruit, Tanqueray gin and thyme and Don Julio tequila with angostura and watermelon.
Hosted at O & B’s Malaparte event space in the TIFF building and co-sponsored by Diageo, guests were invited to try the drink combinations with specially selected food pairings from Oliver & Bonacini and were encouraged to tweet their favourites. DJ sounds made the evening a social networking experience that truly showcased what Toronto has to offer. The next Love Your City party is yet to be released.
