Full disclosure, when it comes to taking care of my skin, I usually do not, but after receiving some Jack Black skin care products, moisturizing has become an important part of my morning and nighttime routines.
Jack Black Double Duty Face Moisturizer SPF 20
I use the Jack Black moisturizer every day and have been doing so for the past few months. It’s very light and is absorbed quickly into the skin. Perfect for me is that the scent is basically nonexistent. I’ve enjoyed using the moisturizer and it’s a simple routine as you only need a small amount in order to cover your face. My skin feels fresh and soft after applying it and I like that it gives me some protection from the sun.
Double Duty is a must for me from this point forward.
The moisturizer is sold by Sephora for $33, which is a great value given how long you’ll be able to go using just one bottle. This is a purchase you won’t regret.
Jack Black Intense Therapy Hand Cream
The other Jack Black product I make sure to use every day is their Intense Therapy Hand Cream. No matter the season, my hands get very dry throughout the day, so I have been grateful to have this cream in my possession.
Unlike the face moisturizer, this cream is a bit heavier, but it’s not greasy and it also absorbs into the skin quickly. Again, only a small amount needs to be applied in order to cover your hands. I apply it before I go out in the morning and it keeps my hands looking and feeling moisturized for most of the day. It also has a faint scent, for those who do not like heavily scented skin care products.
Jack Black’s Intense Therapy Hand Cream retails for $19.50 at Sephora and once again provides good bang for your buck.
Jack Black Pure Clean Daily Facial Cleanser
I’ve been able to keep my face clear of pimples and acne with the help of this cleanser. (Disclaimer – depending on how long my beard has been growing, the amount of skin on my face that I can clean shrinks by about a third.) After using the cleanser my skin feels incredibly soft. Once again, not a lot of the cleanser needs to be applied and while there is a nice herbal scent when applied, it disappears after the cleanser has been rinsed off.

Jack Black Supreme Cream Triple Cushion Shave Lather
I’ve yet to feel any razor burn after using this shaving cream—which is very good. Perhaps it’s the use of macadamia nut oil or soybean oil that leaves my face and neck feeling hydrated while also helping to raise the hairs to make for an easier shave. The only negative about this cream for me is that it does leave some residue on my razor blade that takes longer than it should to rinse off. That said, I still prefer this lather to the usual Gillette or Edge shaving cream that I’ve used in the past.

Overall I’m happy that I’ve discovered these Jack Black skin care products. They are high in quality and easy to use.
