Stella Artois’ Sensorium

From September 10 -27, Torontonians can experience the global premiere of Stella Artois’ Sensorium – an immersive multi-course, multi-sensory dining experience.
Within a specially created dome at 525 King Street West, guests will be immersed in a 360 degree experience, surrounded by video and interactive elements that engage and amplify all of the senses throughout the night. The experience will unfold over five-courses; each dish is inspired by one of the five senses, and paired with Stella Artois.
Sensorium is being created in partnership with a team of sensory experts led by Richie Farina, former Executive Chef at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Chicago. These experts will work together to create an interactive experience that challenges the guests’ sense of taste, touch, sight, sound and smell.
Stella Artois’ Sensorium offers up to two 80-person seatings per night. Seats are now available for purchase at StellaArtoisSensorium.com.
