Peaches & Green Free Workshop Series: “How to Grow a Healthy Eater, a Food Introduction Workshop”
October 20, 2015 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Are you unsure of how and when to start feeding your baby anything other than formula or breast milk? With a variety of theories out there, you’re not alone! Join us for a workshop with Dr. Bronwyn Hill (Naturopathic Doctor) and Elizabeth Ronan (Peaches & Green Manager, Doula and Mom) where we’ll discuss the latest research on food introduction to help you set your family up for a lifetime of health and healthy eating.
To assist you after the workshop, you’ll receive handouts with food introduction tips and guidelines for children aged 6 months to 2 years old, resources to help you find the best food sources of key nutrients for your growing kids, and sample homemade seasonal recipes that are great for the whole family!
This workshop is ideal for parents with infants up to 6 months old, but also suitable for expecting parents, parents of children under 3, and any other members of a family’s support network who may be involved with feeding (ie. grandparents, other family members, other caregivers).
Space is limited, so please RSVP to info@peachesandgreen.com or 416-488-6321.
When: Tuesday October 20th, 7:00 – 9:00 pm.
