He is blowing up huge (two songs on charts right now- “Come and See Me” and “Not Nice”, just hit 150 million plays on his new album). He is only 23 years old and he’s written some of the bigger hits in the past couple years and is widely credited with creating the new way R&B sounds.  He’s #1 priority at Warner now and the radio push is big.

He has been Drake’s secret weapon singer/producer/songwriter for years. He famously wrote Rihanna’s “Work” this year and got huge praise for it, along with Drake’s hits “Preach”, “Legend”, “Wednesday Night Interlude” and “With You”. He has been very elusive (only 1 interview until this album which was a FADER cover story) and only now stepping into the spotlight despite having huge hits.

First single was “Come and See Me” with Drake but his second single “Not Nice” is over 42 million plays. The album went #1 within an hour of going up on iTunes, #3 on Billboard 200 and #1 on Hip-Hop/R&B charts. The album is over 150 million streams on Spotify now.
