Award-winning Roots Country Duo The Lovelocks Album Release
Canadian Country Music Association® (CCMA®) 2014 Discovery Program Award winners and consecutive 2014/2015 Roots Artist of the Year nominees, roots country duo The Lovelocks are releasing a new EP Born to Love March 4, 2016.
QUICK FACTS:
– The video for “Home Sweet Home” recently debuted on CMT Canada, and was directed by Ben Knechtel (Carly Rae Jepsen “Call Me Maybe”).
– Their current single “Home Sweet Home” is the #1 selling single by a Canadian country artist (week of January 25, 2016). It has exceeded over 100,000 streams on Spotify, and hit #2 on the top 50 Canadian viral list on Spotify.
– The album was produced by award winning musicians Ben Glover and Mitch Merrett, in collaboration with numerous notable talents, including 2016 Academy Award® nominee and songwriter Phil Barton (who co-wrote the title track “Born To Love�=0� with The Lovelocks and Brian White).
