Canada All Star Ballet Gala

On October 28th 2017, The Canada All Star Ballet Gala, Canada’s largest, most prestigious ballet event, will bring 3,200 dance enthusiasts and ballet aficionados together to see the world’s most accomplished dancers return to Toronto for the second time this year to perform a collection of 15 ballet masterpieces – 13 of which have never been performed in Canada, including the world premiere of one original work.
Curated and independently produced by Svetlana Lunkina, Principal Dancer at the National Ballet of Canada, the non-profit landmark Canadian event will bring a star-studded cast of 17 international ballet superstars from 9 of the world’s elite ballet theatres including Paris Opera Ballet (France), Teatro alla Scala (Italy), Mariinsky Theatre (Russia), American Ballet Theatre (USA) and The National Ballet of Canada to perform works dedicated to neoclassical and modern traditions.
