Toronto’s Festival of Beer, presented by the Beer Store is back July 28 – 30, and it’s bigger than ever.
The festival certainly continues to be a celebration of Canada’s rich brewing history, but this year there is a larger focus on culinary pairings that work well together. With a stellar lineup of some of the country’s best Chefs, you’ll learn that beer goes with so much more than just pub food. Add live entertainment to the mix and you’ve got a fantastic weekend ahead of you.
In honor of Canada’s 150th, the festival will feature a 20,000 square-foot pavilion known as the Canada 150 Pavilion dedicated to the fine tastes of Canada from coast-to-coast.
“It feels great to be celebrating Canada’s 150th birthday at our 2017 festival,” said Les Murray, President of Toronto’s Festival of Beer, “We carefully hand-selected beer from coast to coast to feature inside our Canada 150 Pavilion and can’t wait for beer lovers to experience it!”
The Canada 150 Pavilion will showcase 48 brands of beer in each of the four coastal regions presented.
Musical performances include Method Man & Redman, Sloan, and Great Big Sea’s Alan Doyle & The Beautiful Gypsies.
