We’ve all been there — one day your “little angel” is gobbling down their peas and carrots, and the next everything ends up on the floor. Toddlers’ eating habits can be tricky at best, and a new survey found that 41 per cent of Moms are concerned about whether their toddler is getting the correct nutrients every day. This concern isn’t surprising, as 1 in 3 Moms admit they struggle to get their toddlers to eat enough nutritious foods on a daily basis.

Parents worry about whether their toddlers get the right nutrition, which is why the Gerber Graduates “Go-Go-Go” Nutrition Prize Pack provides a selection of options that can help fill nutritional gaps and give your toddler a wholesome boost.

My tip is to get the toddler to help in the kitchen when preparing the food and have them sit at the table with the family when they are eating.I also give them the fork and let them feed themselves.
